Minimum information contained in that comment.  Is this an error message or a request for how to install a hard disk?

 

Also need a complete model number

It is a eror message and it is aenvy-20 all in one touch screen

It says no boot disk has been deteceted or has failed

Well the hard drive has evidently failed  or become disconnected.  Replace the drive and use the Recovery Disk set you made when the PC was new to restore the Windows OS like new.
