I brought a laptop from Walmart I went to cut it on and it won’t cut on. I took it back to Walmart they told me try another charger I did an the laptop still wouldn’t turn on, they told me to reach out to Hp to see if y’all can fix it or get a replacement.

There is no way to "fix" a failing charger; instead, you replace it -- and if this were mine, I would take it back to Walmart and either demand a refund, or demand an exchange.  Them pushing you onto HP is just their way of trying to get away with not dealing with this issue.

However, if you want to go the warranty replacement route for the charger, for direct contact with HP, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:
