Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I unistalled a program by publisher Igor Pavlov, as I wasn't sure what it was. I have since realised that it is not any kind of virus, and was wondering if there was any way that I could reinstall it? I think the programme was  7zip 9 20(x64edition)... but I am not entirely sure, I just remember the publisher.
