I have this same problem, how did you get the disc out?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to remove the CD stuck inside the DVD drive.

 

Don’t worry, we will work together to resolve this issue and It’s a pleasure to assist you in this regard.

 

It depends on what kind of PC you have, a model number and serial number would be helpful, a lot of the new drives are held in by 1 screw which is on the bottom of the notebook. if you slide the drive out maybe you can get the disk.

 

NOTE: Send the serial number in a private message.

I figured out how to gently open the back enough to reach in and grab the DVD.  Thanks all for the suggested videos etc
