Hello,

SD reader in not recognized and I do not see a drive under device manager. How would I find and install the driver? Thanks, Tom

What is your HP Pavilion 23-q1 ?  Is it an HP Pavilion 23-q113w  ?

Please try to download and install Realtek PCIE Card Reader Driver for Windows 10:

 

    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71634.exe
