HP Recommended

I recently purchased a brand new hp chromebook plus. I went to register it online only to find it had already been registered in November 2023. 

 

Before seeing this I tried to register it myself but I could not find the model number from the drop down selection.

 

I tried to contact support, but I just go in a chat loop where I don't get any online assistance. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you.
