HP Recommended

It seems that three out of four of the ports on the back of my computer are “corrupted.“ How to correct this?

 

Also trying to rename my computer (the original email address used in connection with the original name is no longer use it has been deleted) so change the name?

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
