Product: Pavilion m7650n
The desktop needs the product key for its windows to operate. Can you walk me through downloading the key/getting the product key so it can operate correctly ?

It boots but when I log in, its just a black screen. Nothing to click its just black and running.

@Smoothhomieg, welcome to the forum.
I suggest that you do a full System Recovery using the Recovery media that you made when you bought the computer. The computer has been retired and so has Win XP. HP can't furnish Product Keys for Windows. Microsoft is the only one who can furnish them.
