I have an md1000h external storage device connected to my PC. It was working just fine until recently; the device shows as full. The only 2 files that show are the HPLauncher.exe and an ini file. When I try to run the HPLauncher software, it doesn't seem to be doing anything. The computer says the drive is healthy, so I'm clueless as to next steps. The actual software for the product is on the device, and I can't launch or see that, either. Any ideas?
