Product: envy 750 414
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My computer will send documents to my printer except from Word, Powerpoint. it says it did but its not even in the printer que.  Prints fine from everywhere.  Just the office home suite

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

 

One thing I can suggest is to check the Default Printer that you have configured in the Office suite.  In some cases, it defaults to something like Send to OneNote, and as a result, nothing ever prints.

 

Also, did you install the HP Full Software suite for your printer, or are you relying on the default stuff that MS installed in Win10?  If the latter, that is a mistake because that has problems.
