Pavilion 550-102na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased a tower Pavilion 550-102na and the instruction supplied are as good a a chocolate teapot, i.e. one page of pictures on how to connect power cables etc.

I am a novice and do not understand what all the sockets on the back & front are for, the keyboard does not work properly, may be I have plugged the blue tooth dongle in the wrong sockets. HELP

Any help on where I can oblain working instruction/manuals etc would be appreciated.

Thanks

HERE IS A MANUAL for that model.  It might not solve the present problem but is additional information.

THIS PAGE has what port is what and where.  Scroll down to Back I/Oports for the back panel connections.

Front ports are:

  • USB 3.0: 2
  • Headphone: 1
  • Microphone: 1

and even though it does not say it is in front, it appears there is a media card reader,

Supports the following cards:
  • Secure Digital (SD)
  • Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC)
  • SDXC
  • Memory Stick
  • Memory Stick Select
  • Memory Stick PRO
  • Memory Stick MagicGate

Hope that helps.
