Product: dc5750 small form
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows 10  64 bit.

dc5750 AMD 7GB ram does not run my Dell 2208WFT 22" VGA monitor correctly. Only goes to 1280x1024 (4X3) Using Microsoft Basic Display Driver. 

 

 

Same as above. Ubuntu 16.4 dual boot. Monitor runs perfectly at 1680 x 1050  (16:10)

 

Where can I find a correct W10 driver.

That's because there aren't any -- HP Win10 drivers for your PC.

 

According to the HP Product page for your PC, it came with Vista preinstalled. MS made some major drive model overhauls after Vista, and those era drivers simply don't work in Win10.
