Hi, I am having trouble controlling my screen magnification. When I move my mouse the screen goes from default to 300% to 25%. Constantly I am resetting it to default. Can anyone help please? May thanks, Paul

@Pablo101,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you are facing issues with your HP Notebook - 15-ac151sa wherein the screen magnification keeps varying.

This issue could occur if the Windows 10 Accessibility Options are enabled.

Hence, you may disable the Windows 10 Accessibility Options by following the steps in the link: Windows 10 Accessibility Options

Also, try with a different mouse and check.

Let me know how that works.

I hope you have a good day ahead.
