Hey there! @ineedhelp687, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand you have display issues with your PC.

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

Does the display issue persist in BIOS?

If the issue does not persist in BIOS.

Try updating graphics driver and BIOS on your PC and check if it helps.

Download and install latest drivers on your PC using HP support assistant.

Refer this article to know how to use HP support assistant.

I'll watch your reply!

Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂

@ineedhelp687, Thanks for your response and time.

As you mentioned after you updated to windows 10 the issue started.

Since you needed to know what BIOS is.

Refer this article to know more information about updating BIOS.

To boot into BIOS turn on your PC keep tapping the F10 key on the keyboard you will boot into BIOS.

Check if you see the green and pink screen in BIOS.

If the issue still persists in BIOS it is a hardware issue with your PC.

Please contact HP support for service options.

Link to contact HP.

If you don't have any issues in BIOS. Please update the display drivers on your PC using HP support assistant.

Hope this helps!

Take Care! 🙂

Hi @ineedhelp687

As you have mentioned that the issue persists in bios as well, then it is a hardware issue.

I recommend you contact phone support to check the available service options for your computer.

Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
