HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a0
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just purchased a HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a072a (Touch)
Model #: W2T94AA
Serial #: (removed content)

I intended using it with Sketchup and find that I canot get anything like the resolution I need, the lines are all jaggered, can anyone please help

Hi,

 

The following link shows specs of your machine:

It has (native, optimum)  68.58 cm (27 in) 10-point touch-enabled diagonal widescreen full high-definition IPS WLED-backlit edge-to-edge display (1920 x 1080) screen.

 

You can set to lower resoluton (not rescommended, the touch function may not work properly) but not higher resolution.

Not sure I understand BH, its much worse when I lower the resolution

is it possible to post pics here ? if so I can show the difference on this machine nd my old PC

I did mention above: due to it is a touchscreen, lower resolution won't help.
