Product: HP EliteDisplay E243m 23.8-inch Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP EliteDisplay E243m 23.8-inch Monitor connected to an HP DOCK USB-C G5 docking station through displayport (but I have tried also connecting it through HDMI).

I connect a notebook HP EliteBook 840 G10 I5 16/512 W11P to the docking station.

Sometimes the image is flickering and intermittent.

I have tried changing the connecting cable (displayport and HDMI)  and changing the USB-C to which the notebook is connected to the docking station without success.
