my brother has an HP Pavilion all in one PC  and he thinks it is great.  however, when we talk on skype he must always tilt the screen to show more than the top of his forehead.  i would like to get a similar PC for my wife, but don't plan to do so if the screen must be tilted each time she makes a skype call.

is there some way to adjust the camera at the top of the screen so that one doesn't have to either reposition the screen or add an external camera to the top of the screen?

Hi,

Unfortunaterly no, many AIO machines now do not have webcam. Please use the following option

are there any all in one PC's which do have an adjustable camera at the top of the screen?  that would be a big factor in whether we purchase one.
