Product: Hp Stream 11
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I went on google chrome and went on youtube. I was unable to scroll, however my clickpad still works.  I tried reloading the page. I won't scroll no matter what even if I'm on chrome, not on  chrome . If i do anything I am still unable to scroll.
