My hp all in one is functioning as a display only. I need to switch it back to a PC but the screen doesn't turn on when it is not connected to another PC.

Have you made any changes to your software or hardware?

Were there any latest updates or upgrades that happened on this unit?

 

What is the current OS installed?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
