Product: ProOne 400 G1 21.5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The touch screen on my ProOne 400 stopped working. It was working fine when the machine was running windows 8.1, and was working when i initially upgraded to Windows 10. But has since stopped. I have updated the BIOS, Removed installed components through windows management and it still is not functioning. I tried the trouble shooting steps provided to me through the HP support assistant but that did not rectifiy the problem. If i perform a clean restore (which i really dont want to do again) the touch screen works, but will eventually stop working.
