I think it's ridicutlous that you have such a short list of compatible cards. I just bought a GeForce GT 730 which is nearly identical in most specs to the 530 but the 730 won't run. Seriously, HP should be put out a clear warning with all of their PCs that they limit upgradability and ship the computers with compatible hardware. Apparently it's a very short list so it should only take 1 page of paper. Now I'm stuck with a video card I can't use and have you tried finding a 530 even for sale? I suspect the others are similarily rare.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
