Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.
I understand that you have an HP Pavilion 23-b010 All-in-One Desktop PC. I read that the PC powers on but the screen remains blank. You have restarted the PC and have checked the wires. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.
To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did any hardware changes take place on the PC recently?
I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
- Press and hold the power button to power off the PC.
- Disconnect all cables and devices from the PC (including the power cable).
- Press and hold the power button of the PC for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cable, keyboard and the mouse.
- Power on the PC.
If the issue persists then I suggest you to perform a BIOS rollback on the PC by following the steps from this link.
I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Keep me posted. Good luck! 🙂
