HP Monitor 27w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, As I mentioned above, the screen of my monitor was broken. I've the active manufacturer's warranty for now. But really have no idea, it would be possible to compensate the harm or not. Also, I tried to fix it on my own, but it's really tough to find the exact parts for the exact monitor in Italy. So, do you have any suggestions? In case of need, I could buy HP Care Pack or even extend the warrenty. Thanks in advance. Have a nice day.

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Your title says the screen is "damaged" but your post seems to indicate that it was already broken when you got it.

The HP warranty does not cover accidental damage or breakage; so if you damaged it, that will not be covered under the warranty.

Also, the warranty does not provide financial compensation for lost time or PC performance.
