Product: HP ENVY 15t-j100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I accidently closed my laptop with the usb for a wireless mouse left on the opposite side off the keyboard where the power button is placed. It left a very small crack on the screen. I can’t even feel the crack. But yet the touchscreen does not work.
How can such a small crack on the bottom right of the laptop screen, cause the entire screens touch feature to not work?
Is there anything I can do to get the touch screen to work without replacing the entire screen?
