Hi,
You can turn on/off touchscreen from device manager (it must be a touch screen first). Please try
(a) Right click Start,
(b) Select Devive manager,
(c) Expand Human Interface Devices
(d) Right click and disable
Regards.

Thank you for the quick response!
I presume these steps are the same in other older OS e.g. Windows 7 & 8. (I've seen these steps in other posts pertaining to older OS versions.)
Or is this exclusively for Windows 10? If not, is it safe to presume the steps are the same in all Windows OS?
I don't have Windows 10 yet but planning to upgrade.
