I have come across this "error"

Validity Sensors (WBF) (PID=0050)    USB\VID_138A&PID_0050\CA0F00A07A11  failure using the vxd loader

on an HP ENVY TouchSmart m7 Notebook PC which I bought 3 days ago!

What does it mean and what can I do to "fix" it.

Thank you

Hi,

It is the finger print sensor. Please reinstall the following driver:

   http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp61001-61500/sp61263.exe

Regards.
