I always wondered.
This is because the screen that appears on my monitor is not always optimized.
I checked the monitor connection side, I could not believe what I saw.
The monitor connected to not the AMD graphics card that I purchased but Intel graphics card included in CPU.
How can HP send the product in this way?
I ask you to answer as soon as possible to see how I can enjoy the right screen what i puchased.

Thank you for joining HP Forums.
I'll be glad to help you 🙂
As I understand the AMD Radeon RX 460 graphics card isn't being detected on your HP Envy 32 AIO PC,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
Did you run any hardware tests to determine if the AMD graphics is still working?
When was the last time it worked or is this the first time you've set it up?
How do you know that the AMD isn't detected?
While you respond to that, here's a few things you should know:
According to your product specifications (Click here to view) your product just as any other automatically disables the integrated video card when an external card is connected to the computer,
Hence, only the AMD should have been working, I suggest you run a hardware test on the AMD to ensure its still functional: Click here to know how.
Keep me posted with the results,
If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

The part I said is not meant to be detect.
I do not know the computer well, but I know it is detected if the mainboard has a graphics card.
My word is that the monitor and the graphics card are not connected.
In other words, the graphics card is plugged into the motherboard and is not operating.

Thank you for replying with this overwhelming and detailed response 😉
I appreciate your time and efforts,
Do you mean there's no display on the screen?
I would be glad to help you further if you could elaborate, like a doctor, I cannot heal you without understanding the ailment.
Also, ensure you run a hardware test using the SYSTEM TEST function via the link I shared earlier and get back to me with the results if you don't have a black screen,
However, if you do have a black screen and nothing else appears, I recommend you try the steps mentioned below:
- Attempt a BIOS recovery
- If the above steps work and the display turns on: Perform a hardware test to be on a safer side.
- If the steps didn't work, use the below links for further assistance:
- Computer Starts but Monitor/Screen Remains Blank: Click here
- HP and Compaq All-in-One and HP Touch Smart Desktop PCs - Screen is Blank after Starting the Computer: Click here
Keep me posted,
If the information I've provided was helpful,
give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.

You still do not understand what i mentioned.
Do you know the monitor? There is a port on the monitor.
Do you know the motherboard? There is a port on the motherboard that connects to the monitor.
Do you know the graphics card? The graphics card has a port that connects to the monitor.
If you have a good graphics card, where do you put the port that connects to the monitor?
Do you understand now?
The port on the display is connected on the main board not on graphic card
That means the graphics card is recognized but is not playing.

Hi,
as @Riddle_Decipher is out of the office today, I'm replying to you.
I read that the monitor of your HP ENVY Curved All-in-One - 34-b010 PC is internally connected to the Integrated Intel HD Graphics and not to the AMD Radeon RX 460 video card. I understand that you wanted the monitor to be connected to the AMD Radeon RX 460 video card.
I did some research on this and looks like the monitor is supposed to remain connected to the Integrated Intel HD Graphics. The ports on the AMD Radeon RX 460 video card are meant to connect external monitors. Source: page# 8 of the user guide. Also, I believe there are no connectors available on the AMD video card to connect the monitor internally to it.
I hope this answers your question. Keep me posted for any further questions. Cheers!
