Hi,

  • My daughter recently knocked my computer over and damaged the screen,  I have been searching for a screen replacement but with no luck unfortunately.

 

60.45 cm (23.8 in) diagonal widescreen full high-definition ZBD IPS anti-glare WLED-backlit three-sided borderless display (1920 x 1080)

 

Product number - 4KD18EA#ABU

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

After reading your post I did go through the Product Specifications and found that 23.8" diagonal, FHD (1920 x 1080), IPS, three-sided micro-edge, anti-glare, 250 nits, 72% NTSC display installed in this PC. 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

Here is the part number: L42938-002 just by entering the part number in the google search bar you will be able to find the website selling those parts.

Hi I am looking to get a new screen for my ALL IN ONE DESKTOP PC. SERIEL NUMBER- 8CC0500N89 I cant find one anywhere do you know if I will be able to get it fixed it is only 4 months old. The PC is working fine just the screen is broken,
