Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My touchscreen does not work and when I go in and check the display setting it says no pen or touchscreen available

I see you're running Win10. Did the PC come preinstalled with Win10? Or, did you upgrade it from a prior OS to Win10?

We can proceed when you provide the answers.

It came installed with Windows 8 and free upgrade to Win 10
