No. The way the forum works is that unless we know immediately how to resolve the issue, we ask questions. That is because we cannot know without asking what your setup is is what products you are using. We then to try to figure out the possible steps you are missing.
If you would like to talk to someone directly, then call the HP support number. We are volunteers, not HP employees or staff.
Look ing the manual your printer was delivered with to find an HP support number.
