Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

RAM 2 4 GB with a clock frequency of 1866, work with a clock frequency of 799.
Are unable here to do a anything. In the description of the computer says it can work with this frequency.
What to do?
For finding the solution, I learned that this can be done through the BIOS. I went into the BIOS, and it is almost empty, there are only a couple of tabs.

Hi @Egork,

I understand you would like to increase system reserved frequency in BIOS.

HP PC's uses a customized BIOS setting (Tattooed BIOS) of which some features including overclocking and increasing the frequency are locked.

This is done in the best interest of safeguarding the PC for the optimal performance and not to cause any extensive component failure.

To conclude, the clock frequency on your PC is already shared with a specific value and its locked and cannot be changed.

Hope the information shared will help you. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help.

Keep me posted,

Can you send a screenshot from CPU-Z?

Judging by information here all seems correct:

6 ГБ
  • емкость: 6 ГБ
  • Скорость: PC3-12800 МБ/сек
  • Тип: DDR3-1600

However the below is not - as these should be data rates, not clock frequencies.

  • Поддержка модулей DDR3 DIMM
    • PC3 10600 (1333 МГц)
    • PC3 12800 (1600 МГц)
    • PC3 14400 (1866 МГц)

That's how it looks in my laptop:
