HP xw4600 workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi ,
i've got an issue 3 days ago , i turned off my pc normally at night , when i trued it on the next morning it turned on but i couldn't see anything on screen and i only heard 6 beeps , after searching on net , people suggested that this is mostly caused by " secure boot " being enabled , and the way to disable it is to remove graphic card and use integrated one to get into bios , but problem here is that i don't have an onboard VGA to do this , is there any solution for this ? thanks

Hi:

Secure boot is N/A to your PC as your PC came out prior to windows 8 being around.

The problem is most likely due to a poorly seated video card or video card failure.

Remove and firmly reseat the video card and see if that takes care of the issue.

If not, most likely the video card has died on you.

See the troubleshooting guide, chapter 5, page 44.

oh , then that makes it clear , since it's not the secure boot issue which other people had , then i guess it's my graphic card ^^ because i just tried it on another pc and it made the same 6 beeps , so i guess i have to get a new one .
Thanks for your reply
