HP Pavilion 23 All in One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my HP Pavilion 23 all in one does not respond to my mouse or touch clicks. The mouse can highlight the particular icon but the computer doesnt respond to clicks. I can over over an icon and press enter and that works up to a certain point but after that nothing. The computer does respond to the windows key and allows me to type something in and press enter but after it goes to the source it no longer responds to any clicks etc.

Hi,

Can you try to go into control panel and go into the mouse app. Here there is option to change speed of double click and see if it helps, there is a small folder which you can try to open.

To do this without mouse:  WinKey+R > Type: Control > with arrows go to mouse and press enter > with Tab key goto double-click speed and with arrows move the speed and see if helps.

Let me know,

David
