T520 Thin Client
Other

Hello,

I'm not able to connect our T520 Thin Client on our corporate network how use a WPA2 AES connection on Cisco access points. In ThinPro configuration, the only option that seems to be what we want is the WPA / WPA2-PSK, but it does not allow to configure AES / TKIP settings. In system logs, the terminal appears to be trying to connect only TKIP mode and fails, obviously.

Are there any options available to configure this setting? The wifi worked correctly on our old T510. Now that we can not buy it because the sale of this model is stopped.

Hi ch58438,

We use exactly the same T520 Thin Client include same OS version (T6X52011 Rev.1) on Cisco Aironet AP (with WPA2 AES encryption plus hide SSID) and we don't have a problem to connect to it.

We use "WPA / WPA2-PSK" option in network management in ThinPro. Are you double check your password?

Have nice day
