Product: HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a work PC and one of the reasons I bought it was it was suppose to be upgradedable on the RAM and OEM paperwork and crucial.com both say it is upgraded able to 32GB but when I put larger RAM sticks in they only read as 2 GB per slot whether the sticks are 4GB or 8 GB the PC only see's 2GB no matter what slot you put the ram in and there are 4 slots ...and someone said it might be a BIOS upgrade needed and I did that already too  J01 2.29 was the newest
