Elite X3 Phone

Using Windows 10 release 15031

Screen will not rotate.  I have tried changing settings, doing a soft reset, nothing seems to help.

I note that this is a common problem with this phone. Does anyone have a solution?

Hello,

I work at HP.

From the top of the screen scroll down and make sure the "Rotation Lock" is off (Grey out) .  Programs like "Microsoft Edge" support this feature.   Let us know if this works for you.  You can also call for Elite x3 Support at 1-866-625-1175 and ask for the x3 Team.

Thanks,

Thanks for the answer, but that was the first obvious thing to try.  Problem corrected after full reset and restore.

It was a problem with the insider version, fixed in 15043
