If your problem was solved by a fellow Community member, it’s helpful to mark it as solved.  This will make it easier for other members with similar issues to find a valid solution, and will let the author know that the solution is a good one. 

 

  1. To accept a post as solution, find the Accept as Solution button on the post that solved your problem. 
  2. Click it. The thread will now be marked as Solved.JPG.

 

Note: You can find the “Accept as Solution” button only on a thread started by you.
