The communities team is pleased to announce that the HP Support Forum has a new sign-in experience, complete with a responsive design.

 

For existing members, the process is pretty much the same: you will still sign in using your HP username and password. Remember, your HP username is not necessarily the same as your Forum screenname. If you are having trouble remembering your HP username, you can always go through the “Forgot your username or password?” flow on the sign-in page and we will send the information to the email address registered on your account.

 

At the moment, we are no longer supporting social sign-in, but have no fear -- you will still have access to your account by using the HP username originally linked to your social account. If you don’t remember your username, try using the email address where you receive the forum's notifications instead to recover your credentials.

 

For new users who want to create an account, you can go to the sign-in page and click on "No HP account? Let's change that." to create a new account.
