HP Omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with my new HP Omen. It works just fine but sometimes when playing games, watching movie or video on internet or listening some music the volume is maxed out however suddenly the volume decreases. It still maxed out but playing significantly quiter... I dont know why this happens and what should I do and it bothers me. What should I do? I have all the latest drivers. The music then jumps back up to max volume but after 5-10 minutes.

Hi @dofe657, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

I understand that the volume decreases automatically when you are playing games or watching videos.

There is a known article regarding this issue.

To resolve this issue, download and install the audio driver.

Link for the article: http://hp.care/2cFzkSi

Note: Before installing the audio driver uninstall all the components of audio drivers from device manager.

Let me know if this works,

Have a great day!

Thank you @MrRobot I already installed the driver. I do not yet if it helped me, I have to try it out for a week, but I tried a bit and the music did not go low. Thank you very much.
