I am from tamilnadu, recently purchased hp omen 17. Due to the finger print marks on the laptop top i cleaned it with a micro fiber cloth but unfortunately the logo slightly came off. i want to know wether it can be replaced. and if so what should be done.

Hello @AshwinSidharth

I have seen a couple of people who said this happened to them also. The logo would partially come loose or peel off.

They claimed HP replaced their laptops.

All I can suggest is to contact HP Support for warranty issues.

Hope it helps.

I have the same problem.  I contacted HP regarding this last day. But they did not responded properly.

I contacted HP again. This time, the Support person, took it very well. And they have created Case for the issue and the Support Person quoted that we will call me ASAP.

Exectly the same thing with that logo 😞 😞 😞

I've had to stick it back with a drop of super glue. Very-very accurately. But not recommend that method, there's risk to damage the plastic cover.
