check the printer standalone without connect to software is able to do copying.
If yes, download the patch file to fix the printing issue.http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02205477
although i work in HP but replies are on my own.

What operating system? The diagnostics at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help.
