HP Pavilion Dv6 True Vision HD Camera showing darkness

i just recently bought the hp pavilion dv6 with Beats Audio  and i love it except one thing , when i use my webcam after a certain point in the day it gets dark and i cant see myself . for example , i used my webcam early this morning and it worked PERFECT but once it began to get darker outside the web cam got darker and i could barely see myself . i was in a room with LOTS OF LIGHT but yet i still could not see myself . i tried adjusting the resolution and brightness but that still did not work . i also uninstalled the hp true vision camera and reinstalled it and that didnt work  I tried every solution but its not working

Please Help me i am the totally new customer of HP

Re: HP Pavilion Dv6 True Vision HD Camera showing darkness

Hanazir,

Try turning on the Low Light Compensation in your YouCam settings:

Start > type / Search "you" > Click "YouCam"

YouCam > On the Right Side >> sixth item "Enhance the current image" >

Advanced > Camera Control > CHECK Low Light Compensation > OK
