HP Officeject PRO 8600 ink problem

I have replaced the ink, Magenta but it keep shows low ink/damaged. i have even bought new carriage and put it in.

it still shows same screen.

Sorry that you are having a problem with the ink.

 

Try to take out the print head and clean it with lint free cloth and water. 

 

Also, try to perform a hard reset on the printer. Unplug the power cord from the back. Leave it out for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
