Fix and enhancements

1. Add support for new 4x5" media size

Hi,

I've just bought this printer and I see the message "A new firmare is avaiable". I've tried to install it via printer and via PC but I continue to receive "The firmware was not installed please reboot the printer".

Do you have any idea which could be the problem?

Update..

Went to the shop, changed the printer (using warrenty), unpacked new printer (the same model) and....

Exactly the same problem!

Of course, to use the printer I deactivate the automatic update. But this firmware (the installed one) is very full of bugs. Imagine if I open the advanced setup the printer hangs until turned off then on.

This is the first time I have a problem with an HP printer, very very strange.
