The Deskjet GT 5820 is not available in my country (USA) so I am only going by the information I could find on the HP web page.  What country are you in?  You will need to use the locater near the bottom of the page.  If you mention your location I may be able to provide specific contact information.

Is your printer still in warranty? You can check with HP's warranty tool here.  Was the printer set up previously?  If the issue is in the pump mechanism a new printhead will not resolve the issue.  If the printer has never been successfully set up I would suggest you contact HP for service.

From a post by Sunshyn2005, to contact HP Support see the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

I have asked to have one of my colleagues step into this thread or your thread in the Laserjet forum.  Hopefully one of them will have some helpful information.
