Product: Office jet pro 6968
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The ink Carriage is locked into far right position. I cannot access to install new ink cartridges.

Let me try and help.If the machine switch on does the Cartridges move at all?Should they move just switch machine off as the cartridges are moving.Open the door as to replace ink and move head with your hand and remove ink.Switch machine on without cartridges and wait for the machine to say replace ink.Open the door and install new or currant ink cartridges and try again.Hope this will solve you problem.
