Hi All,

 

If you want to print Marketing material which needs duplex and borderless option, then you need to choose edge to edge paper size from the print driver as shown here.

 

Also you make sure Photo or brochure media selected from print driver.

[This seems to be an old post - not sure why it is showing up here as a new post....]

 

I do not beleive automatic duplex printing is an option if edge to edge printing or photo paper are selected.  You would need to print one side, then relaod the paper manually to print the back side.

 

The automatic duplexer requires some margin at the bottom of the page to allow the media to be pulled back into the printer for printing the back side.
