I have been printing fine for some time on this printer and think it is a great printer.

It has suddenly decided that it onl wants to print the first page of any document or print request.

Fine for one-page letters but if I need to print a longer document then I have to print page 1 on its own then page 2 on its own etc etc.

Anty advice gratefully recevied.

Hello @GeorgieD, Greetings!

Thanks for reaching out! This is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel.

I understand your printer is only printing the first page of every document that you are trying to print. This looks more like a driver issue on your computer. I would suggest you uninstall the current drivers completely and to download and install the new upgraded drivers.

You have not mentioned the operating system that you are using. Hence, I would give you steps for both the operating systems.

  1. If you are using Windows OS, follow http://hp.care/2bJ9OME to completely uninstall the old drivers. Once done, go to step 3.
  2. If you are running MAC OS X, go to http://hp.care/2cKwLyC and follow the steps to completely uninstall the drivers.
  3. Now restart your computer.
  4. Go to http://hp.care/2efDFuG to download and install the printer drivers on your computer.
  5. Try printing a multiple page document and check.

Please let me know whether that works for you. Thank you!

Cheers 🙂

Thanks very much! That seems to haev worked!

To be honest, I did not uninstall the old drivers but installing the new ones seemed to replace the old ones.

Hopefully that won't be a problem?

Hello @GeorgieD,

Great stuff! Glad to know that the issue is resolved.

I'm sure the new drivers have overwritten the old ones. Hence you do not have to worry about it now.
