@Andre17, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Let us first perform a hard reset on the printer-

Make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done:

  • Remove the toner cartridge from the printer.
  • While the toner is removed, remove the power cable from the back of the printer for one minute.
  • When the printer asks to insert the cartridge, place the cartridge in the printer.

Let me know if this helps.

Keep me posted.

Cheers 🙂

Hello, unfortunately, it did not help. I took out the toner cartridge from the printer, I disconnected for a minute from the electricity and reconnected. Wthout closing the flap, I did so and with the flap closed after taking out the toner and after connecting, he writes initializing ,it did not help for help .The printer is connected directly to the wall outlet. At work the printer worked possible that it is voltage fault, how can I force the correct voltage to the printer from the outlet ? Please help how I can reset it differently .

Try updating the printer firmware from here.

Refer to this document for more help on the firmware update.

If you still have issues, the only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
