M475DW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I got this printer M475DW and everytime there is a power outage it will boot into a screen showing Ready 2 download.

Sometime I press the corner while booting could boot it to the restore firmware and worked but now it won't been do that.

I tried to download the right firmware update and used right USB port and the screen will show downloading and then showed me a fatal error 7 and reboot printer back to the same Ready 2 Download screen over and over.

What should I do now.

Thanks

Reading your post you seem to have taken all the correct steps and if they have not resolved the issue then it is likely you have a critical failure of the formatter. One last thing you should ensure is that there are no rogue firmware updates stuck in the queue on your computer as these can mess things up.
